The year? probably (based on other photos in the album) around 1950 or 1951. The location? Both photos were taken in the same room, based on the wall paper, plant in the corner, draperies. Were they taken on the same day? Perhaps, but perhaps not.
Anyone recognize siblings / aunts / uncles / moms / dads?

Hi.
Only ten of the eleven (Editor: referring to the boys) are shown. I believe Leonard is missing. My take
on it is as follows, from left to right.
Harry, Ralph?, Walt, Jim, Herb, Dan, Bill, John, Art, Larry.
The date you suggest would seem to be about right, but I don’t remember Ralph’s being that heavy following the accident. You notice his right side is showing. It was his left side that was paralyzed.
I wonder if Leonard will find himself on the picture.

I also observed just now in looking over the picture of the uncles that I was not wearing glasses. This may help to set the date. I did not get glasses until after I was out of high school. I graduated in ’51 and got glasses shortly after. The time could be in the late ’40s. Harry and Larry surely do look like young squirts.
The WWII vets were home and the Korean War vets had not yet been drafted.
The top picture is (from left) Frieda, Elva, Grace, Martha, Dot, Della, Pat (Della’s daughter), Joan. Your picture of the better halves is especially good, I think. (Editor: I agree!)
