“Then one day, they came up with that thing to make caps and they asked if I would like to try it. I said, ” Why not?”, so they helped me with the first one.”

After his 90th birthday, John B. Goering learned how to make knitted stocking caps during Arts & Crafts session at his retirement home. Randell modeled his cap from his grandfather at the 2018 family reunion.
