Fresh baked bread, jelly, thick cream and…

One of John’s early memories of his mother is that she fixed him a thick slab of fresh baked bread with jelly and then put thick cream over the top of it. It was sooooo good. In fact, it was so good that when a fly landed on it, he ate the whole thing.
