3 cups raw potatoes grated or may be blended with blender
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. flour
1 T. cream or milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. baking powder
When using the blender, break eggs into blender, add milk. Dice potatoes into blender, add salt, pepper, flour, and baking powder. Blend on grate. Bake like ordinary flat pancakes in greased skillet.
